Walking as good as running ?

Basically I am breast feeding my tits are quite huge and I cannot bear the thought of them swinging around uncomfortably whilst trying to run, but am too tight to buy a hammock sports bra this big when in my mind I shall be a D cup again soon Grin
So power walking with bubs in the pram makes my bum hurt the next day, could this be the answer or am I delusional ?
PS the pram weighs 15kg's so that's got to help right ?

Much better than doing nothing.
Should try and walk quick enough that you feel a bit out of breath and get warm, rather than just dawdle along.
I started running while bf, and it was pretty uncomfortable - wish I had been a bit kinder to myself and started with some power walking.
Also, find some hills!

I absolutely hate running even when not bfing, and I never did it after leaving school. The most I've done is gentle jogging. I have kept up the walking through thick and thin and I believe I would have thrown in the exercising towel altogether if I had forced myself to run. I am now eyeing those shoes with the curved sole that apparently give you more of a workout, but I have to say right now, walking is working for me.

I agree with mathanxiety running, on roads and pavements, is actually bad for yr joints anyway, a good walk is much better. IMO
