sauna's good or bad

first of all do they help you lose any weight? also are they good or bad for your skin
was thinking about buying one of thouse little home portable ones that are about £50

A sauna will not help u lose weight - just water which will be replaced as soon as you drink something. However they are good for helping remove impurites espec if used in conjuction with eating healthily (which should help u lose weight anyway) - plus for exercise try Jilians micheal 30 day shred DVD.
