I've got about 2 stone to shift of pregnancy weight so i'm about to start a low carb diet combined with an exercise dvd. I was just wondering if the diet will affect my breast feeding? I'll still b getting plenty of veg and drinking lots of water...

Any thoughts?

You don't think you should go too low if you're breastfeeding. I know on the Atkins diet they recommend going to a maintenance phase rather than the weight loss phases. It will stop you overeating on carbs, but not cause you to lose too much weight.
