Low carb/atkins help please

Hi ladies I wonder if you can help me out?
Trying to get my head around low-carb/atkins and I am a bit stuck.
1 - what sausages can I use? can I have matthessons one? Can I have those cooked mini sausgaes form the supermarket?
2 - What can I marinade my meat in ? Soy sauce/worcester sauce?
3 - My salad consists of - lettuce, red & white onion, radishes, peppers - meat - can I have beetroot, coleslaw - waht salad dressing is best?
4 - can I have coffee - or should i use decaff?
5 - i undestanad I can have low fat jelly & full fat cream????
Sorry about all the questions - I need to order a book and read up but want to start his weekend.

  1. Sainsbury's chipolatas are good.
  2. any spices/oils will be fine to marinade meat in.
  3. if you're doing proper Atkins avoid things like peppers, loads of carbs. Beetroot and coleslaw would be a no for induction as well.
  4. It says not to have coffee, but I ignored that rule and it didn't seem to hurt. See how you get on, and if you find you're not losing you can always try dropping the caffeine
  5. You can have jelly with sucralose in, yes (apparently the high school musical ones are good). Yes, you can have full fat cream.

Chicken caesar salad is my staple whenever I'm doing low-carb.

Thanks - jareth. I have looked up custy - some good tips there. I have looked at older posts and got some ideas too. Belfast - I do like chicken caesar sald - so should be ok with that.

We had a lot of chicken wrapped in bacon with green leafy salad, breakfast was mostly omlettes with mushrooms. After induction we did stir fry's (things like teriyake beef) but with beansprouts instead of noodles.
