Hi, has anyone done this or is currently doing it? If so, how did you find it? did you get results?

I've done it everyday for the past 5 days and love it. I also go to the gym and do spin about 3 x per week but i would like to be more toned. I also plan to do 1 or 2 weight bearing clases too.

Would anyone like to join me?

I did a spin class last night having done 4 days of TA Mat - and I could feel my muscles in a 'different' way...

I was a bit late this morning, had planned to the whole w/out before shower but just did the standing abs and arms weightless routine... WILL DO THE WHOLE THING TONIGHT!

Really want to know how others are faring with this workout.

Has nobody tried this??

I didn't do the workout at all this weekend but did 2 spin classes back-to-back on Saturday and 1 class on Sunday plus the standing abs and weightless arms sections of the dvd before bed.

This morning I did about half the TA Mat workout, I aim to do either the whole thing tonight or the other half plus a 40 min walk home.

I have this dvd but haven't done it yet. Blush Your thread reminded me. Grin

Going to zumba today so will do it later in the week.

Sailorsgal, have you done it yet?

This morning, before work I did the standing arms and standing stomach sections plus 20 mins of TA's post preggers dvd.

I haven't had a baby but I got the preggers dvd as my stomach is one of my weak points and i've read some good reviews. It is very advanced though, i couldn't manage all of it - i wonder how newish mums can? I felt very 'tight' afterwards.

I think my abs are looking more defined (after 6 TA w/outs) and i feel my hips are smaller. Unfortunately, i can't yet see a difference in my bingo-wings and really want to...

jbg - I have the TA mat workout. I have only done it once but tbh I got bored! I also found that she was appalling at giving instruction and seemed much more interested in making love to the camera :o

Having said that, those exercises I completed definitely were working my muscles in a good way.

However, have now switched to 30 Day Shred and am loving it :) 20 minutes a day and no boredom :)

Haven't done it yet but have time in the morning after school drop off so will let you know.

I was doing 30 day shred but hurt my back so had to give up.

I agree, TA is not too good with instructions, this could be a problem for beginners. I'm familiar with keeping 'good form' etc. so not a problem for me.

I really enjoy it and find it quite calming although still a challenge. I have the 30 Day Shred which i tried for 4 consecutive but i HATE lunges and squats! It wasn't bad and i liked Gillian but I'm not in the mood for it right now.

I did the whole TA Mat routine this morning - i think it was my best w/out so far, I was stronger in my moves and didn't have so many breaks!

I keep reading reviews on the web as motivation.

Well finally unwrapped it. Grin

I did the standing leg work and arms plus standing abs.

It was ok. Agree her instruction is pretty bad especially in the standing ab work. Even if she just said change direction would have helped. Felt I was second guessing what she was doing.

She has a great bod so this may keep me motivated to carry on. Don't know if I could do it 6 days a week.
