Age-28
Height-5ft 6in
Weight-16st 13lb
B.M.I-38

Need to lose-5st 13lb
(to be at top end of recommended weight)

Down Fall-Chocolate, Cereal, Milk Shakes, Cookies, 'Popping' to tesco for anything involves buying a bar of chocolate or a bag of cookies and eating most of them, being at home with dd all day in new village and still on a.d's so find it hard to have enthusiasm about anything..weight is making this worse

just for my own benefit

lost 2 3/4lb in first week
today ate
2 slices of toast with smear of brussels pate
1 glass of s.f ribena
1 special k bar
i veg cuppa soup
4 pieces of dd's cheese
1/3 chicken and mushrrom pie, peas and new potatos
galaxy icecream bar
1/2 chibatta base chicken pizza.

must try not to succomb once ive been weighed!

got on scales this morning for my 'proper' weigh in..and have lost 3 and 3/4lb

down to 16st 10lb..still not good but better than i was this time last week

had a look on that weighloss website last night and my day yesterday showed 1/2 of my intake as FAT

today =

brekky - small bowl cheerios with s.s.milk

lunch - two slices whole and white bread toasted with one cheese slice on each then 1/2 tin tesco low fat/low sugar beans

dinnerreally! - chips, cheese pastry thing, peas and carrots, diet redbull and small bar of dairy milk..oops

saturday 10th

brekky - two crumpets with ounce of low fat pate spread over and bottle of water

lunch - 3 ryvetas with no fat cottage cheese and pinapple, apple, bottle of water

whilst out - 1/2 bottle of 7 up(totally forgot about fat in drinksbut dd had packet of cheerios and fruit shoot and dp had king size twix..so i am pleased it was just the drink!)

dinner - (went out for dinner..our weekend treat)
chicken in crumb, side dish of bbq sauce, small portion of chips, diet pepsi.

totally refraind from getting choc cake and ice cream for dd like last time, just got her the kiddys portion of icecream and didnt even fancy any!!!
dp then asked if i want anything 'nice' for tonight as he was going out to get something.......................................my answer....................................................................
a big fat NO

god i feel so liberated

Hi can I join in???

I am 5 ft 2 and weigh 185 lbs (I think that is 13 st 3) - I have tried them all including the shakes - but still eat too many cakes and choccies and crisps! Want to lose 1 stone ASAP but like food too much!

I started last week just sensible eating but lost 1lb so hopefully someone can tell me where I am going wrong - or the black and white of writing it here - it will be obvious!

I will write it all down tomorrow evening!!

Here is today!

Coffee Slimfast shake; Nutrigrain bar

Scrambled egg on toast

1 finger of fudge (dd didn't like it!)

Chicken breast, two small potatoes, carrot & swede, brocolli, yorkshire pud and gravy; and then strawberries and ice cream

Lots of water - not too bad a day - ran around park with DD!
