Best diet for veggies?

I want to lose 1-1.5 stone. Have never really dieted before so am very self indulgent, eat far too much cake, pasta rice etc.

Was going to try Dukan or Atkins style but think they're not really suitable for veggies. Have stopped eating rice, pasta, potatoes and bread (and obv. cakes and biscuits), but not really sure what else to do. I do eat fish - not normally very often but don't mind increasing my fish in take if that makes dieting easier.

I'm going back to work in a month and would like to lose at least 10-14 lbs by then. Any advice much appreciated.

i am a veggie and have lost almst 5 stone since January on the Paul Mckenna i can make you thin diet .Well its not a diet as such more a change of life. I have manged to cut out all bad foods without a backwards glance and do lots of exercise as i have the motivation now. Give it a go hope it helps.(he should be bloooming well paying me a salary for promoting his stuff)

Yes paul Mckenna is really good. Eating fruit on an empty stomach helps a lot, giving up caffienne too. Whole rice and wheat free bread is ok IMO and it fills you up!

Where would an overweight veggie with little self control get more info on the Paul McKenna diet?

ppeatfruit · 22/08/2010 16:20
