basically by whatever means.my bmi is about 27.

ive recently put about 10lbs on by eating what ever the hell i wanted :)

ive got a very very important event in two weeks time and i NEED to shift this 10 lbs.

not healthy i know... but possible???

am thinking large bowl of cereal for breakfast then ice poles/fruit/veg to snack on throughout the day. Maybe a yoghurt.few slices of ham/cube of cheese. but basically thats it.

I don't understand BMI but if I needed to lose weight quickly I would exercise as much as possible, cut out carbs and crap. I would probably eat more than you plan to - maybe chicken and fish. I would be too hungry otherwise.

Do the kelloggs plan for 2 weeks.

Cereal for breakfast and lunch with skimmed milk.

Tuna or chicken salad for dinner.

Lots of water.

Walk and gym a lot.

You could do it.

dont starve yourself though or your body will hold on to the previous calories and fat and you wont lose a thing!

Have you thought about having a contour wrap before your event. People seem to lose several inches, until they eat or drink anything.

ah - hungry i can do. it doesnt bother me too much - plus if im snacking a lot ( maybe every 2 hours on a small bit of fruit/cucumber/slice of ham) thats ok.

exercise - bloody hate it. i do walk the dog for half hour a day. lots of stairs at work.
maybe i could do some dancing round the living room for 15 mins a day as well.
