Hi Kittya

The basics for Attack phase are...

Meat (the leaner the better, with as little salt as possible)
Fish (any sort, as long as not fried)
Eggs (limit to 2 a day if problems with cholesterol, otherwise, unlimited)
Water (at least 1 and a half ltrs per day)
Drinks like Diet Coke are fine
Tea/coffee fine as long as skimmed milk and sweetener
Any fat free dairy is fine (Fruit yogs are not reccomended in Attack phase but I had them and still lost 11lbs Grin)
Sugar free sweets (4 per day)
Sugar free gum (unlimited)
A good multivitamin
One tablespoon of oat bran (can make into pancakes things or just put in your yoghurt)
One tablespoon of wheat bran (if you like, helps to keep you 'regular')

IF you google Dukan the Daily Mail covered the diet and gives a good account of the basics.

You really should not do attack for more than a week though.

Doing this is a rush - so excuse any sp mistakes please Blush
Good Luck!

I am lucky enough to work close to a M&S and they sell deli items like salmon, prawns, chicken, ham - 3 for £5.

One of these is generally enough for lunch, but even if I am feeling hungry and have two I still spend less than I would have done when buying sandwiches.

Come over to the other thread - lots of support.

The diet does work by the way, I have now lost 37lbs!
Smile
