Hiya everyone.
I managed to lose quite a bit on slimming world 5 years ago but since moving/getting married/having a baby I have let it slide terribly! I'd love to rejoin but there aren't any classes near by at suitable times at the mo so I thought I'd go it alone! I wondered if anyone could help answer these?
- I bought the magazine recently for inspiration and I was confused to see a third plan, extra easy or something. Is this basically a combination of the two (green and red) days? Do you still lose as much weight?
- do green and red days still exist and are you supposed to alternate them day by day or choose whichever?
- please convince me: can I really really lose weight if I eat entire bags of pasta and cous cous daily (and I really would if I was told they were "free"!)
- what sweet stuff can I have (apart from fruit) if I'm allergic to dairy?
and finally!
- is there anything different I should do if I'm breastfeeding? (what I really mean is can I have 100 extra syns and 50 healthy extras??! Please please?)
