I really enjoyed watching that! It does help with motivation. What night is it on and which channel?

I think it's finished to be honest but you can get some on iplayer. The last one was very interesting. They sent a man and woman to Kuwait to meet a 33 stone man. Apparently Kuwait is one of the most obese nations as they drive everywhere and few Kuwaitis do manual work. There's also a lot of fast food like the UK and the US.

I watched all of the episodes - thought it was fab - think it really made the people taking part think about their situation. Was really annoyed by the Greek parents whose child of 10 years old weighed 19.5 stone - thats child abuse

Yes that made me so so angry,poor girl
