i was getting biab too but they started to keep lifting so stopped and my nails were awful so haven’t gone back to it yet.
well done on your loss, I had another 2lbs off today so I’m 3lb off a 4 stone loss which seems unbelievable to me!!

@MoneyJo I Agree, I’m glad we are all there for each other. I wonder how many of the original posters are still at it?!

I also read stuff in the more than 5 stone to lose group and that's interesting because some of those posters have been going a long time and lost loads. It's so encouraging to know that some people have really seen life changing effects.

I am one third of the way to my goal. That feels nice. I know loss has slowed down but it is still happening so I know I will get there.

I just checked and the person who started this thread hasn't posted for 3 months so I could go ahead and start a sequel.

I have no idea what biab stands for @MoneyJo but it goes on natural nails and is stronger than gel polish!

Oops I thought it was something to do with MJ! I've never had my nails done 😮
