Weighed in this morning, 16st 7lb, so that’s 48lbs off 🙏 but the most satisfying thing was my bmi is now 39.6 I know still high but not 40 odd anymore. That seems mad!
good luck to any weigh ins today x

I’m in a little predicament, I’d initially said I’d like to get down to 85kg from starting weight of 98.5kg. My weigh in Saturday was 86.3kg so not too far off 85. I’d like to lose a little more I think but unsure how much. I have 1 full (4 dose) pen in the fridge and I’ll take my first injection from it this evening.
Do I order another 5mg or hang fire as I’ll want to go back down the doses when I’m at target.

Morning all, good to read the comments about wrinkles, I am certain that being overweight kept my skin smoother, but I have accepted that losing weight will show in my face. I'm in my 60s, so wrinkles are definitely to be expected!
@Snoringdogsfarting I'm sorry you're feeling a bit fed up. Maybe you could try some treats every now and then, or switch up your meals - I am guilty of eating the same things in rotation because it's easier than thinking about it and working out calories, but it can get boring. 39lbs is a fantastic loss.
@taratill your step count is really impressive, but if you are feeling hungry then maybe it's time to go to 5. It has taken me a while to settle on 5 and get over the side effects, I still feel nauseous sometimes, but no food noise.
@rockstarshoes welcome home, hope you had a great holiday, but sorry to hear you've been unwell. Hope you feel better soon. Re runny nose, do you suffer from hayfever? I don't thankfully, but others in my family do and they tell me this summer is really terrible for pollen.
@Beehivebabe I use EL too and like you, have no idea if it makes any difference! I am drinking loads of water too, so I'm hoping that also helps.
I have weighed today and have had a bit of a whoosh, thanks to routine and getting back on track with exercise and food post holiday. 1.9kg off, which is lots more than I've been used to losing in a week recently, and I've got rid of my small holiday gain plus a bit more, so am very pleased. 15.5kg off since I started on 27th Feb.
Hope everyone has a good day, I am loving the cooler temperatures, but I can see the heat will be back at the weekend.

@BeehivebabeThat’s an amazing loss & great news on the BMI!
@ETPhoneHome19 Tricky decision. I’d be tempted to go for another 5 but I am losing really slowly.
