4 stone 4 lbs down. Delighted. Away to start on a 15 pen just as the prices go up. Not delighted. Swings and roundabouts.

Very well done on your size 12 jeans @meatyryvita 🏆.

My last pen order has arrived. I’ve got a 7.5 pen with one 6.25 dose used. I’m planning on five more doses at 6.25mg from that one. Probably the same from the next one depending on rate of loss, after that a 10mg pen which I might do 7 x 7mg from.

That’s potentially 18 weeks max depending on dose. I’ll probably stop then if I’m nearing 11.5 st.

Checking in on the new thread, ai don't always post but I do love to read the updates. Congratulations on exam results! And I hope those with symptoms feel better soon!

I am really enjoying my new way of life. My weight is quite stable but I'm sure my jeans are looser, it must be my hard work in the gym! I think I will try and titrate down again (I was in 2.5 but bad behaviours crept in so I went back up to 3.75). I'm still on SheMed until the end of the year so I have time, originally I'd intended to stay on this long term but I might try and come off. We will see!

I know what you mean about the new way of life @tinyemmy , I feel the same way. My Friday evening exercise class starts again today after a summer break and I can't wait to get back to it 😆

Someone I haven’t seen for ages asked me if I’d lost weight today. I said I had, 3st 🏅🏅🏅 and she said ‘you look really wonderful Penny, like your old self (meaning BC). Nothing else, just that. 😊

I was actually saying to someone today that I’m now the same weight that I ended the first 🥊 at. I remember being mortified when I weighed 90kg, little did I know what was to come.

@meatyryvita thanks for the new thread. I’ve just gone up to 10mg but seem to have stopped losing for the last couple of weeks. I was hoping to be 3 stone down by the time I go on holiday on 1st September. We’re going to France so it’ll be either kill or cure on the loss 😂.

Congrats to all for the GCSE and A level results. I’m very relieved those years are over especially as they ended up being through the various lockdowns.

We’ve made it. Awful journey but better than if we’d been going the other way. Just about to light the bbq and crack open a cider.

The only casualty of rushed packing is my toothbrush but I’m pretty sure there’s a box of cheap manual ones in a cupboard somewhere.

I am now 6 kgs away from my goal weight, and the price hike has given me another boost to try and get there asap…. Although tbh I’m not sure what I’m going to do when I get there!

Just realised that jab day is almost here😱I've still got tons of suppression. I pushed it back a day last week, I might do the same again.

Managed 1/3 of a pizza today in our favourite Italian restaurant down here. I swam 22 lengths in the pool. And I found a lovely new belt that has loads of notches so can wear it low with mid rise jeans and higher on dresses.

Weigh in day here and stayed the same which I’m miffed about but hey ho, I’m only hoping to lose another 6 pounds so guess it’s going to be sloooooow!

@PenelopePoweringOn I love your new name! It's interesting to see your plan for using pens in the future. Feels like an unintended consequence to the price rises. I know I did a lot of maths on both dose and price ( made my brain hurt! 🧠 )

I am 1lb off the weight I ever stared dieting at about 30 years ago! I am loving being this weight 🤣 but i remember how upset i was when i got on the scales that day and started WW with a friend. How strange a change of perspective makes such a difference.

I do a Monday class and am thinking about using some of the money I will save on MJ on some more on different days. We have a home gym ( not very glamorous, it's in the garage) but I struggle to get motivated to use it

I have been using some annual leave to declutter and deep clean the house. The local charity shops, the bin and the recycling are all full 🤣.
My parents are visiting today for a few days. Looking forward to it. This is a small but vibrant town with a lot going on and they always enjoy it here. We will undoubtedly go out to eat so we'll see how I get on. Also, late to the party but I have bought my first air fryer so no doubt we will be having some air fried snacks 🤣

So Oushk sorted out the technical issue on my account that had stopped me from ordering. Of course now there’s no product available to order. 😡

I will keep checking back and see how it goes. I am still worried about my verification call and proving my height. I think I will sellotape a tape measure to door frame and hope they can see I am just four inches taller???

Morning everyone. Fabulous post @BreezyPeer 😊. Acknowledging each and every one of us! Enjoy seeing your parents and your air fryer (I haven’t got one either).

I’ve got a dull but hopefully productive weekend ahead of me. Major clearing out going on here. I’ve got five viewings arranged on my house which has sent me into a bit of a 😱. I hadn’t imagined that it might sell quickly!

I started last night, I’m a sucker for nice packaging, filled a bin bag with pretty boxes (things like Laura Mercier’s hexagonal powder box 🤯) and paper bags from posh shops! No use whatsoever.

You don't hang about @PenelopePoweringOn getting your house on the market so quickly after making your decision. I hope it sells quickly and smoothly.

@BreezyPeer that is quite a post! Tricky to say what it is without informing exactly where we are because it's easily searchable. Suffice to say it's like a converted cabin, that had a previous use. It's very cute, quiet (in the middle of nowhere) We got first night excitement last night with the gin, and ate crisps for tea. Not ideal, and my tummy was wondering what had hit it.

Booze really does remove any normal hunger signals - I wasn't hungry at all until I was two gins down. Then I was unstoppable. So I had a bowl of chopped carrots next to me too. To give me balance 🤣

Lots of walking today planned to clear the head.
@Zempy I think a tape measure stuck to the wall is fine. I'm pretty sure they are just ticking the box - my picture was laughable.

@DGonMJ sounds like a perfect day to me...
