Wedding Day Handbag

I am getting married in 3 weeks and I need a handbag for the day - I have no idea what I am looking for. What did people use (if anything), I only really need it for my lipstick, touch up powder and phone. If only my dress had pockets....

Can I have some inspiration please! Budget is, realistically, up to £100 and would be great if it could be reused for other occasions!

Get someone you trust to carry your stuff for you. Otherwise, a silky dorothy bag or jewelled wrist bag would do. Personally, I gave my stuff to my best mate and just collared her when I needed something.

I had no idea that this was a thing! I had pockets put in my wedding dress.

Have you tried googling? Honestly I just did that and loads of beautiful bags came up. Only you'd know your taste and what will work with what you are wearing, but there is everything from stiff and quite formal looking to quite casual, but the right sort of colour combo.

I got mine from rainbow they make wedding shoes - I loved it . They’re are lots on vinted if you want a bargain!

Give your lippy to a bridesmaid, and leave the phone at home. I’m not anti phone and I got married fairly recently so I promise I’m not an old grump… but really, it’s a day to be present in the room.

I had my Dds stuff until later on then her BM took it she had a bag , although if you want a bag that M&S one is nice but you will be doing a lot of up and down and mingling you might find a bag a faff!

Stuff them down your bra.

Your wedding day is definitely the one day in your life where you won't need or want your phone!

Sorry, should have been more clear - my fault! We are moving through 3 different venues throughout the day and then staying at the final venue for the night so would just make life a lot easier if I had somewhere central to put my belongings rather than leave them with various people, travelling separately.
