Would this dress suit a curvy woman who’s more top heavy bigger boobs but with slim legs and arms people were saying this is empire waist and it makes people look pregnant lol asking for my friend

They would have to try it on and see. Some people it would look fine on, others may look pregnant. It depends entirely on their shape and how it actually clings/sits on them tbh. I’m a slim size 10, but apple shape, so that style doesn’t sit well on me, but could look wonderful on someone more curvy all over.
