They are both pretty much the same in the bottom. 1st has thin traps and is more plain but you could add a blingy belt the and 2nd Is all bling on the top and strapless

Number two

Runningismyhappyplace50 · 12/02/2026 22:27

Number 2 but what would you do about a bra?

Poppins2016 · 12/02/2026 22:28

Number 1. The cut of the bodice is much more flattering and elegant.

Ellanory · 12/02/2026 22:32

Definitely number 1, it's much more flattering

There are a few options - off the top of my head:

A) go without 😁

B) ask a dressmaker to add cups

C) use stick on cups

D) buy a bra with clear straps/band ("multiway" bras commonly have these features, especially in the middle of the cups).

CafedelaButte · 12/02/2026 22:36

Number 1 looks more elegant 💕

Neveranynamesleft · 12/02/2026 22:37

Neither really tbh as I don't like the style of the skirt but thats your choice. If I was pushed I would choose 2.

Kleptronic · 12/02/2026 23:04

Number 1 is more elegant

Ham2008 · 12/02/2026 23:12

Number 1

I'llBuyThatForADollar · 12/02/2026 23:15

Definitely number 1

Stringagal · 12/02/2026 23:20

The first is more elegant, timeless and classier. The second is more modern and vampier. Depend which look you’re going for. Personally, I prefer the first as I think the skirt gives it enough busy-ness.

ExitPursuedByABare · 12/02/2026 23:24

Number One.

I agree. I was going to say the same.

Kiddlywinkss · 12/02/2026 23:28

1 looks much more classy and elegant.

WarrenTofficier · 12/02/2026 23:30

No 1 but that's because 2 has waaayyyy too much going on for my taste (and I wouldn't be able to completely relax in strapless) but as you mentioned adding bling to no 1 the busier no 2 may be more to your taste.

JoJom5 · 12/02/2026 23:33

2

MakeYourOwnSunshine · 12/02/2026 23:34

The first one. The other one is is hideous. They are not the same on the bottom at all!

7238SM · 12/02/2026 23:36

Dress 1

Both dresses with all those extra flappy, handkerchief things at the bottoms is far too much bling for me, let alone the top half being busy also. Each to their own though. Dress one looks to fit better and give a nicer line, without have a million extra things going on at the top half also..

Ruthietuthie · 12/02/2026 23:38

Dress 1 all the way. Dress 2 with its more elaborate top makes you look a little more blocky. I also like dress 1's skirt more.
If you don't like the points on the bodice of dress 1, your seamstress could soften the line a little, making it more gently curved.

They’re very similar at the bottom, I wouldn’t say it’s hideous though. I think that’s quite rude.
OP I think number 1 looks better but they’re both lovely

Els1e · 12/02/2026 23:43

I think no 1 looks more flattering. But also notice you are standing taller in no 1 so could be the angle
