How much for wedding gift

Going to family wedding in UK . Flights , hotel, car hire . Three couples. How much to put in a card from all of us ? Couple have asked for money only . No problem with that as it makes our life easier . Just wondering what is the average / usual / normal amount ?.

£100 per couple I’d say is about right

I think £150 is the ‘going rate’ now per couple

Three couples getting married?
we always go on how close we are to couple-
immediate family /best friend - £100
close family/good friend- £75
Day guest for distant family/friend - £50
night guest - £25

We always give enough to cover the cost of the food and drink as if we were paying it ourselves so from what you’ve described £150 per couple.
