Is this too white to wear to a wedding?

Going as an evening guest to a family wedding later this week, it's an outdoor wedding so I thought a linen dress would be nice, but it's suddenly dawned on me this might be too white? I was planning to pair it with pale green shoes, earrings and bag.
What do people think?
We got married a few weeks ago and if I'm honest I can't remember what any of my guests were wearing so is this a more dated tradition?
Thanks in advance

I mean it’s a white dress but looks nothing like a wedding dress so no one is likely to confuse you with the bride!

DinaofCloud9 · 30/06/2025 12:19

I think it's fine. You won't look like the bride in it.

Butthechildrentheylovethebooks · 30/06/2025 12:20

Yeah it's fine. And really nice.

Coffeeishot · 30/06/2025 12:22

100% already, the dress isnt remotely bridal, its fine.

Coffeeishot · 30/06/2025 12:26

Ah I think my post was a bit snippy not intentional sorry.

Confusedcookie · 30/06/2025 12:30

Thanks 😊 I'm 18 weeks pregnant so at the awkward bloated stage so glad people think this is ok, it brushes over the bloat nicely!
You didn't come across as snippy, don't worry!

Congratulations the dress is perfect then. Hopefully it won't be boiling hot on the day.

This looks like a pool cover up, not suitable wedding attire.
