My best friend is getting married in April and I would really like to get her a nice gift. She has been a fantastic friend to me so would really like to get her something special, however I'm struggling to think of something.

Any ideas of a special gift for an amazing friend?

Any more information?

Age? Do they already live together?

What do they want?

What is she interested in?

My nephew is getting married next month, he and fiancé are quite foody and love curry so they are getting a few thali sets.

Honestly, I'd get her whatever they're asking for - it's her and her partner getting married, it should be a gift for them not a special gift for her like it's a big birthday.

If they're saying no gifts I'd get them vouchers for a nicer restaurant than they'd usually go to or similar - something they can enjoy together.

Look at her Bridal Registry list.
It is a waste of money to buy an extravagant gift if it is not what they want.
Ask.
Ask her if she is collecting specific glassware or dining settings or buying chairs from a certain shop that sells gift vouchers etc.

Buy her a Dewalt multi tool. That’s what I’d really like

More than once, my wedding gift has been a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and/or kitchen fire extinguisher.

A relative is getting married and their registry include four car tires.
