What shoes should 6 year old wear?

We’re going to a family wedding. I’ve bought my son a really smart 3 piece suit from next in navy but I don’t know what shoes he should wear with it? Should I buy some dress shoes? Or put him in converse type trainers? And if I go for dress shoes would brown or black be better? Any help/ideas appreciated!!!

Comfy shoes!!! My dd was 7 at our wedding and a flower girl. She wore fancy shoes for the church bit and then crocs in the wedding colour for the rest!!! She lived in Crocs lol

Thanks for the ideas! I think being comfy is probably most important, love the idea of dark blue leather trainers.

We bought some leather trainers from Next. They looked pretty good with the suit but allowed him to run amd dance in comfort.
