Girt of money

I plan to give money to the couple. Do I make the cheque out to the man, or the woman. I know each of the couple equally well.

Who has a chequebook these days?

Me! I suppose I could stuff an envelope with cash, but then I would have to go to the bank to get the cash, and the couple would have to go to the bank to deposit it.

My original question can also apply to a transfer of money... to the man, or to the woman? I have email addresses for both of them.

Which ever half of the couple you knew first (even if you count them both equally as friends now)

If really inseparable, then if you're a woman send to the woman; if you're a man, then to the man.
