Looking for some advice.
I got married in July in hotel / spa. The night before me and my bridesmaid who are all my sisters stayed the night before as part of a vip package I booked.
In the morning we got ready in the spa area and left all of our belongings in the bedroom, and then got changed in the bridal suite.
After the ceremony we had found out the hotel and packed all of our personal belongings away and into the bridal suite. If we would of been asked to make sure the room was packed away or asked after the ceremony if someone out of the bridal party could do it we would of happily gone and done it.
A very sentimental piece of jewellery has gone missing. A ring with my twin girls ashes in.
I’ve spoken to the hotel and they said they would get back to me (after me constantly pestering them)
I’’m still waiting for them to get back in touch with me.
Can anyone advise on what I should do now going forward with this situation ?
