Giving notice - M10

Hi,

We're eloping to Gretna Green in September and just wondering about the 29 days notice to marry. Does the 29 days start from the day the office receive the forms? Or the day they are processed? We have sent the forms but i'm a little anxious they'll be sat waiting to be processed for a while and it will go under the 29 days.
