Hen do ideas for over 30s!

I’m getting married next year and I’d appreciate some ideas for my hen do

I’ve been on plenty in my twenties which all involved staying away for the weekend or going abroad.

Tbh I’m a bit tired of this type of trip myself and everyone’s circumstances have changed - most have young children or babies (apart from me and 1 friend😅) our ages are between 30-36.

Group of 8 possibly with mums coming too - so two aged 56 and 64 as well

I want something fun which everyone can enjoy and doesn’t mean new mums are having to leave their children all weekend…I just want a general good time with everyone!

A nice day out in a city. Morning coffee, stroll, lunch, stroll,. evening drinks. My friends enjoy a treasure hunt style activity which is a good laugh. Try Treasure Trails.

For a friends late 30's hen do we stayed in a huge lodge with a hot tub.

Was such a bargain /m- I think all in it was a £100 each (food included).
Everyone just bought along what they wanted to drink alcohol wise.
We had cheese board with meats etc on the 1st evening as everyone was arriving different times. Think there was possibly a mr and Mrs quiz late on after a few drinks.

Second day was a walk to a local pub for lunch then we did a themed evening just back at the lodge.

Sunday was a lazy day as we'd booked the Sunday night as well so people could just leave as they were ready after the brides mum and aunty cooked a huge roast for lunch.

Was no stress or pressure to take part in any other it.
2 big living rooms aside from the kitchen so people could have some peace they could disappear. Definitely one of my favourite hen do's I've been to.

Meant to add a couple of the women had young dc so just came for one of the nights (they paid less).
