Figure hugging wedding dress and period!!

Hi, my wedding is next month and recently for various reasons my periods have been irregular. It's looking like I'll be on during my wedding day which feels like a nightmare!! My dress is VERY figure hugging so I'm wondering if I can get some seamless period pants to wear as well as a tampon. Can anyone recommend any seamless pants that won't show through my dress? Or any other solutions !! Im worried about needing to change a tampon and how awkward that will be with a tight long dress, and a pad will show through the fabric. Please help a girl out!! Thank you!

Could you use norethisterone to delay your period?

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! Why would a pad show through your dress? Get a normal-length (not long) pad and go for a thin/bodyform style.

or use Lilet Ultra tampons. Orange box. Insanely absorbent.

Period delay pills or going on birth control for 1 months that and not taking a break from them if already on them, assuming your able to take them. Otherwise a mooncup may be your best bet.
