Wedding favours

I'm not sure we are going to bother with favours but I wondered if anyone had ever had any decent wedding favours? Outside of something edible

I do prefer edible ones, little chocolates or mints in a pretty box or bag are perfect. Or mini jams/honeys produced locally etc.

We didn't do favours but hired a sketch artist, who asked random guests if they wanted a portrait and took requests. You'd think people would take their artwork home but I've still got a folder of sketches somewhere!
