Long or short veil?

Hey Everyone!

So I bought a long veil last summer with my dress. I have an all satin plain strapless dress with a long train and buttons down all the back.

I bought a cathedral length veil with lace from the top all the way to the bottom and around the veil.

i didn’t actually try walking with this on when I bought it, and last night I tried walking around and it just kept pulling out of my hair, even when I used bobby pins to clip it in. It Also felt super heavy like it changed my posture of my neck when walking.

now do I just get on with it and continue and hope it doesn’t mess up my up do on the day and I don’t look to uncomfortable!

or should I try a short fingertip veil!

let me know what you wore and how comfy it was. I think because it has lace all over that’s why it’s so heavy.

I dislike veils generally so didn’t have one, but if you’re having one, it’s got to be long. Short ones are hideous.
