Where can I find a dress?

Been invited to a family wedding in June. No idea where to look for a dress. I am tall, 5ft 10, size 14, pushing 60. Would love something maybe calf length with pretty print? I don't have much of a budget but for the right thing I would happily live off jam sandwiches till June. Come on Mumsnet do your thing! x

This looks more expensive than it is; but you may be planning to spend a lot more. I don’t like polyester but I’d happily wear this shape and pattern. It would be shorter on you than on me though.

had a quick look at Vinted, the trouble is if it doesn't fit or I don't like it I can't really send it back on Vinted can I - I suspose if it is cheap there is no point

It may be a bit early yet for summer wedding stock but in a few weeks try Dorothy Perkins honestly - the new online version is so good - plus they do tall.

Phase Eight usually have special looking dresses the length you want.
