Hey, recently got engaged and we’re hoping for a short engagement and I’m all about keeping costs down - for me it’s all about the marriage but obviously I want to look nice on the day too!

What do people think to this dress? I’m very short at 5 feet and around a size 6-8

If not this one then any other ideas please for a petite bride on a budget?

It’s only £83 in the sale 😲 so I’ve ordered two sizes

says model is 5’3 so I’m hoping it won’t be too long on me. Not sure how easy it will be to take up a bit if necessary 🤞🏻

It's a very pretty dress really like it-and I'm sure quite straightforward to shorten if needed.

Gorgeous. I wouldn't add a veil. Go to a dressmaker if it needs turning up.

It's a beautiful dress. I had a similar style, I couldn't find a veil that matched well so I ended up without one. Your dress will look beautiful either way! I did yearn for that long veil though - it just wasn't meant to be!

I bought my wedding dress off the rail
from
Monsoon and felt lovely in it despite it not being very expensive.

If you need it shortened it doesn't cost that much someone did mine for 30quid. Beautiful dress btw
