What shoes with this dress?!

Hi all, I've now bought my dress (Spencer by willowby, image attached) but no idea what shoes to get so looking for some inspiration.

Happy with flats or just a small block heel as the wedding is outside in August.
Something a bit special/statement as there is a slit in the dress
Colour scheme of the whole wedding is shades of blue!
Not a huge budget!
