Ways to make my bridal hair look good? HELP

So! I'm getting married in York and it's early and far from our accom SO im thinking of doing my own hair. I have absolutely no idea how to do hair! But has anyone got any tips like something I can wear In my hair so that it doesn't need a professional up do?

Are you sure you want to do it then? I’d try and book someone to come to the venue or accommodation to do it professionally. Always worth asking a few stylists - they can always say no if it really is too early for them.

I don't understand this - why does it follow doing your own hair? What time would you need to leave your accommodation to get to the venue?

If you have no idea what you're doing, absolutely the last thing you want on your wedding morning is the stress of doing your own hair. Why would you try something new on one of the biggest days of your life?

"It's a long way from the wedding venue and I can't drive but instead of getting a taxi I'm thinking of driving myself" said no bride ever.

Not angry at all? Just can’t see why you’d want to add stress to a hugely important day. I did my own makeup because I wasn’t that bothered and looking back I wish I’d just hired someone to take the task off me.

After the lesson try it yourself at home a couple of times and if any of the times take ages or feel stressful or don’t come out well then pay attention to that fact and book someone. It’s a skilled task, it’s ok for you to admit you don’t have that skill.
