Giving notice? Uk destination wedding, where?

I looked on .gov but couldn’t find a clear answer. We’re getting married in Devon, but we live about 3 hours away - Where do we have to give notice? In Devon or locally? Does it matter? If we do it locally how does the registrar in Devon know? Someone explain! 😭

No you give notice where you live still.

You give it locally and then the register Office sends it to the Office covering the area where you are getting married.

You give notice at your local registry office
