Flower girl dresses shipping

Wondering if anyone can help me. I'm looking for somewhere I can buy flower girl dresses that ships internationally- primarily gibraltar and England. I have 4 flower girls in 3 different countries 😕
The logistics of it all is killing me! 2 of the flower girls I won't see before a few days before the wedding and I really want them all matching ideally. Obviously I can't book too far in advance as it's likely they will grow in the next few months.
I was looking at JJs house but worried about the quality but the budget is small- must be under 70 each, ideally around the 50 mark.
Any ideas gratefully received!

Have you looked at Next? We got ours from there and I’m pretty sure they do international shipping. Gibraltar is definitely on their list - not sure about which other countries you need to ship to.

I had a look at next but only one dress I like on there really sort of. I'll give e it another go. Thank you!

UK Flower girl boutique (google it). Ordered 4 gorgeous long sleeved dresses for our flower girls for our Feb wedding!

I have been looking at Next but did see in TK Maxx they had flower girl dresses for about £17. Could you buy some and post them yourself? X

Misunderstoodagain · 10/01/2023 21:56

Thank you pp I'll have a look at both!

We got beautiful flower girl dresses from Amazon for under £25. One of the girls had been at flower girls a couple of times before and the parents have been loads of weddings and her mum said that these were the nicest dresses she had seen by far. I actually has the lining of them changed by a seamstress to match the lining of my dress (champagne). Can you order to yourself and post on if Amazon don’t ship to Gibraltar and the other country? You are probably going to find returns easier there than a lot of places. Alternatively, if it’s just about the size rather than the style, buy a size up and get the parents to get the dresses altered locally.

I've used JJ's house for a prom dress and thought it was reasonable quality. The thing to be aware of is returns are more or less impossible (just so expensive it isn't worth it). So if you went for this option, order in plenty of time and if in doubt go a size bigger and have them altered. Agree Next are good quality or I thought about Monsoon for you but just checked and they don't deliver to Gibraltar. Other option Amazon as pp above says - they have companies similar to JJ's house.

@Binfluencer you realise it costs about £80 to post just a small package to gibraltar???

Notallislost · 11/01/2023 07:20

@amazon don't deliver to gibraltar. The problem with posting to gibraltar is it also takes upto weeks for stuff to arrive as well. If I order something and it's not right and they need to return it back to be it could take over month for all that to happen.
I've looked at next and think that the best solution so far.

What about buying dresses close to the wedding in a bunch of different sizes and don't ship them. Just let them try them on when they travel over for the wedding. Return the one's unworn

Binfluencer · 11/01/2023 07:53

Well given they are kids, just buy the age they are plus one size up and return unworn? It's not like they need a perfect fit, adult style!
