Unsure of wedding dress colour

Hi everyone, I recently brought my wedding dress home and I am really unsure that I’ve chose the correct colour. I didn’t want white, ivory also seemed too white for me so I went with a vanilla cream colour to suit my hair and skin (tanned, dark blonde hair). Now that I have it home I fear it’ll look really old fashioned. The dress is a satin, strapless ball gown with split so the style is modern but in the light at home it looks like an old style satin finish from years ago and almost yellowish. Just looking for some opinions?? I have attached a close up of the colour.

I know how important a wedding dress is, but I do think you are overthinking it Wink

I'd say classic... unless it's a puff ball sleeved 80's delight it won't look outdated

What I can see looks lovely!

Well it looks a beautiful colour in that picture so try not to overthink it!

Thanks everyone! I probably am just overthinking it. You plan for the perfect day so I presume everyone second guesses their choices at some point 😅

So how did the dress turn out on your wedding day?
Im looking at a similar colour, modern wedding dress, it is also short (midi) - at times I think it may be too simple as a wedding dress but I like the colour and style on me.

Someone said I could accessorise it, but not much one can do to accessorise with satin ivory dress without making it too much, right?
