Wedding band ideas!

I'm struggling to decide what wedding band I want. This is my great grandmothers ring and used to have a platinum band which my mum switched to gold and I'm going to switch it back to the original platinum. I'd ideally like something a bit more antique/vintage as it's so old but not sure if I should go plain platinum, pave, baguette etc. Any ideas?! Thank you!

It’s a gorgeous ring, and what a lovely history- I am rubbish at jewellery but my first thought was to have the wedding band to look like the smaller diamonds either side of main diamond- no idea what that would be called.

my ring is white gold and when we tried on wedding rings I didn’t like all the white metal- so I had round diamonds put into a gold band
