To not have a hair trial

Now we have a little baby, I can’t travel the 2 hours to get to my hair stylist, to have my hair trial.

she said this is fine and she will just do it on the day.

do you think this will be okay? Or shall I find someone closer? Wedding is 2 weeks away

I think it probably depends on what you want. If you want an elaborate up do then I’d say you need a trial but if you’re having it down and have a good idea of how your hair holds a curl/ blow dry then you can probably get away with it. It also depends on how well your hairdresser knows your hair.

I understand the awkwardness though. I live 5 hours away from where I’m getting married (in my home town). I’m going down a few days before the wedding to do final prep and am having a cut/ highlights and trial rolled into one then.

Oh, you’re far more organised than I am! That’s such a great idea.

thanks for the advice - think I might have to change my stylist as we had talked about me having an updo then unpinning 5 pins so I can have it down and curly for the evening. Should really trial that idea!
