What to.wear for second marriage/wedding

Sooo DP proposed. Not a complete suprise but second time for both of us.
We will have a tiny wedding but what to wear? I am in my 40's, greying hair, don't want to wear a big white gown. Help . . .

What size are you? How do you usually dress? And how much do you want spend?

I bought a lovely dress from Seasalt and I still wear it now as my best dress. Money was a bit tight so I didn’t want to waste it on a dress I would only wear for a few hours. So wear what you like and enjoy your day!

I wore a cream motb type dress fir my 2nd wedding and I was 51. Top half of dress was lacy overlay wth a straight skirt to just below my knee. It was bridal ish and I wore a jewelled comb in my hair and carried a small posy.

I had a dress made, first time ever. A pink sheath dress, with a little lace bolero. He wore a white suit with a pink shirt. We both felt great. You wear anything you like, throw away other people's expectations and do what you like. Congratulations!
