What extras/entertainment are you having at the reception?

Just wondering what others are having at their reception as extras?
The most popular things I've seen are photo booths, magic mirrors (not entirely sure what these are tbh) caricatures artists, popcorn carts and looking for ideas

Don't waste money on pointless 'extras'. Spend any extra money you have on upgrading the menu, free bar, decent band.

We didn't have any extras at all. We had very simple tipi reception in our back garden with an afternoon tea and BBQ in the evening, free bar and most of our guests commented later that that was one of the best weddings they attended.
Don't waste your money, you're spending more than enough already.

Of the things you’ve listed, the only one I’d consider is a photo booth. I think these are good fun and I love having pictures from lots of parties and weddings stuck on my fridge and reminding me of the events.

I really would save your money. Have an extra drinks token instead or increase the bar tab amount. The only thing that is nice is sweets if there's youngsters or a chocolate fountain but parents will not be happy

We had a lot of kids at our wedding so we had a circus skills area which went down very well with kids and adults too. They brought hula hoops, diabolos, tiny bikes, plate spinning, tight rope, juggling balls etc. and it was just a free play set up where people could have a go.

Everyone loved it and we have some great photos of people in their fancy outfits doing silly things 😅
