Registry office timing - baby/toddler

Hi all, looking for advice. DF and I got engaged late 2019 and originally planned a decent sized wedding, cue covid and we reassessed and now want small registry followed by party sometime down the line. We have a child now who will be 14 months around the date we want to book. I'm struggling to pick a time as she is on two naps at moment (11.5months) and I've no idea what will be the case by the date.

Timings available are 12, 1.15, 2.30,3.45. Morning timings not an option. Anyone had experience timing round child at this age? I'd like her to be abit cheery for photos. TIA

Hi! I had a similar situation and in your shoes I would go for 2:30 onwards, to give you time to fit in a midday nap without a rush. DD dropped to one nap by that point, around 12noon-1:30pm (nursery get all their children on a schedule). At a recent 1pm wedding we got her napping in the push chair about 11:30-12:30 and she was reasonably perky for the afternoon, despite the shorter than usual nap. It also depends on if you want any kind of celebration immediately afterwards, that you need to get wrapped up by bedtime!

@MoreThanRubies thanks for the reply and good to know others have been in the situation. I was actually thinking either the 2.30 or 3.45. Probably the latter as we are thinking of leaving the meal to the next day since my DF family will have travelled over from a different country so they'll likely be over for a few days. Plus I know we'd have a good couple of hours before we need to worry about bed with that slot. Babies eh!
