@bestbefore she has been to every shop in the local area but can’t find one in budget. They seem to be much more expensive.

Would she consider buying second hand? There's loads on Vinted, a lot of them only worn once. There's this one

Just looked at a few reviews and they seem pretty positive.

The reviews on jjshouse are not great. They have 3.5/ 2.9 stars on trustpilot. Have also read complaints about them before as they were China based.

Rainbow I think the Ronald Joyce dress in a size 14 is on sale on eBay at the moment
