Help! Hen do in Brighton - clueless!!

One of my best friends has asked me to organise a last minute Hen do for her (she wasn’t originally going to have one but has changed her mind) in Autumn.

Location already decided as Brighton - I have never been and have no knowledge of decent restaurants/bars/clubs suitable for a hen do.

Can anyone recommend a decent Italian, Mediterranean/European type restaurant and also and any bars and clubs that play pop/R&B type music (or take requests haha) suitable for dancing?

Im desperate here so any help is appreciated as I want her to have a great send off. TIA x 😊

Forgot to mention - there will be around 15 of us going.

For clubs I would suggest going down on the seafront by the pier there's a whole line of them that would play this kind of music.

For Italian med style food nuposto or donatellos are large and central.

Lots of independant chic places too if interested that I can recommend but these places are good for a 'spirited' hen do party

Rockwater on Hove seafront is a cool loungy type place and might work for you. Then hop in cabs back to central Brighton for clubs.
