What email should I receive after booking a registrar?

I phoned this morning and booked my registrar for my wedding. The lady in the phone said I should receive an email that I need to respond to in 48 hours.

I only received one email which is an acknowledgement receipt of my booking and the payment I made.

Any idea if I am missing another? Thank you!

So I got the automated confirmation email and then a separate one from the person I spoke to with forms for plans of the day, music, another form we have to sign because it's an outdoor ceremony. All within a few hours of each other. But I would give it a few days, main thing is you have the booking confirmation
