Invitations

Hey, I know its probably been asked before but its so confusing 😅 we get married May 21st this year when should I be sending out invitations ?? Weve sent no save the dates and we don't have people come from abroad however we do have one or two who will need to book hotels. Thanks.

Hi congratulations ! I think you should send them out ASAP, especially if you've not sent any save the dates.
I'm getting married the 28th and my invites will hopefullly be going out in the next week or so. Currently waiting for them to be returned from the printers.
We have postponed twice due to covid, so have had to let people know the change of date. I was going to send them out December/ January, but then with all the talk of another possible lockdown due to omicron I didn't bother. I couldn't bear the thought of having to rearrange yet again.
To be honest it dampened my enthusiasm towards my wedding but, hopefully everything will now be ok for May, and we have done so much organising in the last couple of weeks.

Oh congratulations !! Love talking to other may brides 😁 yeah I was thinking with it being school holidays for some or the week before for others it may be best to send them ASAP before people make plans weve been the same 3rd time lucky for us too I don't think we will have to change it again now it seems theyr just leaving everything now as it is weve got most things sorted now too just our car to book starting to finally get excited !! Hope everything goes well for you too x

Ahh thank you and you too... we were lucky enough that all suppliers were free when we moved the date, so everything was booked. Just sorting the finer details / times / choosing food etc. I'm actually starting to feel a little excited about it now too
