Inexpensive bridesmaid dresses.. do they exist?!

Just that really! I'm looking for some bridesmaids dresses. I've got 5 bridesmaids so trying to keep costs down.

I actually ordered 5 on the ASOS sale.. they looked lovely online it have arrived in awful packaging and condition, so creased you can't even see how they are supposed to be worn and they don't seem very true to size either!

Does anybody recommend anywhere for inexpensive bridesmaids dresses..? I was looking in wed-2-be as they have some gorgeous bridesmaids dresses, but kind of begrudge paying almost £100 a dress for something they will wear once for a day... 😣🙈

Krisp do some cheaper ones as does Quiz. I managed to get mine in the Black Friday Sales from Little Mistress so depending on when your wedding is the sales might be a good time to look. Also Chi Chi and Dorothy Perkins have some nice reasonable ones

I've got mine from Boohoo, they're chiffon and you wouldn't know they were £18 each. :)

My friend ordered hers in the next sale and they were beautiful.

I ordered mines from an actual bridal shop for £300 each thinking they would be better material and easier for them to be altered.

Seamstress said it didn't make a blind bit of difference, lesson learned!

I paid £25 each for mine from tk maxx. If you're going to be fussy about the colour then you will have to pay more unless you're very lucky. Maybe widen the range of acceptable colours and find something that complements cornflower blue. My wedding colours were grey, pink and ivory and i managed to find them all a nice evening dress in a shade of pink but would have been equally happy with grey/silver so there was plenty of options. It wasn't what i would have had if i had an unlimited budget but they looked a lot more expensive than they were.

I’m also having 5 bridesmaids so wanted to keep the budget down as much as I could. I found the dresses I wanted (asos maya collection) then trawled eBay for them. Managed to get all five in the right sizes, all either with tags one in excellent condition used condition for the price of 1.5 brand new dresses!

I have friends that bought them for their bridesmaids in both the Monsoon and Coast sales…..think both have sales still currently.

As an aside there’s loads of bundles of bridesmaids dresses on marketplace at the moment. A lot are brand new with tags due to weddings being postponed and people going for another colour due to change in season. Might be worth having a look!

Ebay is your friend. Loads of second hand bridesmaid dresses. Including mine from early March.

How about Quiz? Lots of suitable bridesmaid type dresses and often in the sale.
