Anyone had a wedding abroad?

My fiance and I have finally settled on wanting a wedding in Italy! We havent found a venue yet and we will have between 20-30 people. Probably fly in on a Friday and fly back on a Sunday. Guests will be coming from 2 different countries.

Anyone had a wedding abroad or in Italy? What was your budget? How difficult was it to organise? Were you happy with it? Or anyone currently planning one?

I’ve been to one in Tuscany and it was a fab wedding and weekend.

I did! It was wonderful. The scenery was amazing. We did have some communication problems with the caterer though, so make sure you hire someone used to working with foreigners.

I did too! Was the best, our wedding planner over there was very good, just a bit of a delay between emails and getting answers for things, but it wasn’t a very big of a deal to us. We went for two weeks as we included our honeymoon in that, guests left obviously haha. But honestly the best day ever, really relaxed and we had a great time.
