Hi just wondering if anyone knows how true to size wed2b is. Basically I am bridesmaid for a friends wedding and all of my dresses I have at home are a size 12 when trying on in the store I tried a 14 and it fit nicely the lady said we should size up as they can be smaller as people had already tried the dress on I was trying so could be stretched. I still went with a 14 but now am worrying should I of maybe went up one just incase even though my dresses at home are a 12.

If you have a 14 you already sized up.
I'm a 14 and my dress from there was a 16

It should be fine.

Thank you for your reply! That’s made me feel better as the lady was telling us all to size up even though the dresses were slightly big on us.

I found their dresses to be pretty accurate sizing. I'm a 14, tried on in store and ordered a 14 and it was a perfect. Really comfortable dress

I'm a dress size 12-14, mainly 14 after lockdown Grin. My wedding dress was 16. My bridesmaids dresses were 18 and one had to be made smaller but 16 was too small ifswim. The other one had to be made a bit bigger so I'd say sizing up one size sounds right
Hope my ramble makes sense lol

It's usual to size up with bridal shops, at least 1 size.
