Us plus 11 guests don't know whether to go home get changed and go for a meal, open to other suggestions Smile

I had a small, registry office wedding with just immediate family present. We went for a 5 course meal at a lovely hotel afterwards. H and I stayed there for the night after everyone else went home and then went for a short city break honeymoon the next day.
It was very low key but lovely, perfect for us.

We had the same - just us and our kids. Then we just walked down the road and had a beautiful lunch for 18 family and friends at our local "nice restaurant". I didn't want any fuss but DH organised a lovely cake for us to cut, he's an old romantic !

Enjoy your day !

Don't get changed, just go out for a meal somewhere nice with your guests. Always lovely to see a little wedding party going on and think happy thoughts to the bride and groom!

Yes as pp said don't get changed , go for a lovely meal in your wedding finery. Hope you have a lovely day.

You get to wear your dress for that day only. Like others have said, I'd keep it on Smile

I’d go for a meal out too, somewhere really nice, and let everyone wear their good clothes a bit longer. Maybe buy some nice wine for the table too, perhaps a little wedding cake if you want one. It’ll be like a tiny wedding reception, but just for your actual favourite people 😁

We're going to a restaurant after the registry office but we've hired a small private room there. It's a little extra to hire the room but hopefully worth it as you get some privacy from the regular restaurant.

And I’d either add or remove one guest so you don’t have 13 at the table 😂🙈
