Silver court shoes

I’m attending a wedding is it ok to wear silver heels ? I’ve been reading mixed thoughts as some would say silver is too bridal
I’ve got a navy dress & thought the silver would brighten it up
Any advice please

I would wear silver shoes at a wedding, in fact I did. I had lots of compliments on them too :)

Never even thought about shoes being too bridal. I've worn white shoes before! You're hardly going to be mistaken for the bride in navy shoes and silver dress! Go for it!

Although coral goes lovely with navy if you do change your mind

I really wanted silver shoes to wear for my sisters wedding, but couldn't find any.

Oh course it's fine. I've seen lots of weddings and I've seen men in glittery silver shoes. The recent thread about Grayson Perry's attire at a wedding seems to mean virtually anything goes.

I was lucky to get these as I couldn’t find any either .
