Engagement ring

Has anyone got an engagement ring without a stone? What is it like? I want to be able to wear my ring to work but I work with food so a ring with a stone wouldn't be allowed.

Would they allow rub over settings of stones as there aren’t any claws?

Otherwise I’ve seen beautiful decorative cut gold rings. The pattens can be made to appear sparkly to give the appearance that there are small stones

Would you be able to wear a flush set stone ring like this?
